The games we play....activity one

Up, up, up...down, down, down!
Holding firmly onto his hands, go slowly from a sitting to lying down position and back again. Repeat this 2 or three times. Once his grip is strong enough, get him to hold onto something in each hand and use these to lower and raise him.
This activity helps to strengthen the muscles in the abdomen and back.
