Baby menu

Creating a healthy menu has been an interesting and fun learning experience for everyone. To make sure the little guy is getting all the nutrients he needs, we have created a menu which combines the foods he is eating in a balanced way and helps keep things organized.
We are still only introducing new foods one at a time and waiting four days to make sure he doesn't have any negative reactions to the foods.

  1. You are such a teacher- type Claire. I remember your Grandad Lew commented when he saw how I set up your toys on shelves for you to choose - he thought I was a bit too organized...like mother like daughter! Menu sounds great Yummy
