The games we play....activity five

This is one of my favourite games.

While holding his hands and attention, repeat syllables, especially those which he can already come close to making e.g. pa pa. Exaggerate the movements of your mouth, make funny faces and other noises.

A good time to do this when he is in a talkative mood. Pause, listen, and respond as if having a conversation.

This activity develops language and communication skills.
